The sad thing is, the ones who own companies, own charities, and "elected officials" don't really know anything about people. And that is why nothing ever changes. When Barrack Obama was asked about the economy he responded by saying "people help one another, thats what america is about" Really? Then why are their homeless? Why did people lose their jobs? Why do the terrorists hate us? If those in power were truly "helping", there wouldn't be any complaints. It would all be an equal playing field. But inevitably, people aren't perfect. And fortune companies still get more tax breaks and more money than the real people. And therefore Obama just said that as an excuse to cover up his flaws that he has no idea what he is doing to fix the economy while we teeter on the edge of another recession. He's not gonna do shit this year, neither will congress, neither will our managers.
When I worked at U-Haul, someone was getting kicked out. While the Manager, whose house I got to see (which was really nice btw), said he couldn't do anything but he wishes he could, another guy who only worked their part time let her stay at his place. And they didn't even get along that well.
